Jouw rol Als Logistiek Order Analist houd je je bezig met de financiële prestaties van onze logistieke en operationele orders. Je analyseert de winstgevendheid van orders, de verwachte resultaten en de daadwerkelijk gerealiseerde resultaten en brengt afwijkingen in kaart. Je onderzoekt vervolgens waar deze afwijkingen vandaan komen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de cijfers, maar ook naar de operationele processen die erachter zitten. Je zoekt uit wat er daadwerkelijk is gebeurd en welke factoren invloed hebben gehad op het uiteindelijke resultaat. Wanneer je een afwijking hebt gevonden, bespreek je deze met de betrokken collega's binnen Operations. Je bent daarbij kritisch en vasthoudend, maar altijd gericht op het begrijpen van de oorzaak en het verbeteren van het proces. Je kijkt bovendien verder dan individuele orders. Door terugkerende afwijkingen en patronen te herkennen, help je de organisatie om structurele verbeteringen door te voeren en de financiële prestaties van de operatie verder te verbeteren.
