Kom jij ons team versterken? Bedrijfsprofiel Onze opdrachtgever is een Amerikaanse multinational met kantoren wereldwijd. Het is een dynamisch bedrijf dat veel mogelijkheden biedt en waar je als individu de kans krijgt jezelf en je team te ontwikkelen. Functie omschrijving; - Complete afhandeling van luchtvracht export zendingen - Onderhouden van contacten met klanten / eigen kantoren / agenten / leveranciers - Voorbereiden van douane export aangiftes - Factureren - Inboeken van nota's Hoe ziet je dag er uit? Je zal je bezig houden met het export op de luchtvracht afdeling. De dag kan rustig beginnen met een kop koffie en een praatje met je collega's. Je controleert eerst of de zendingen die al in de lucht zitten nog op schema lopen, zodra dat gedaan is ga jij je mail checken en alle vragen/opmerkingen/aanvragen die uit andere tijd zones in de nacht zijn binnen gekomen behandelen. Vanuit die aanvragen en lopende zendingen zal jij de dag besteden! Daar hoort ook veel contact bij, met je klanten, agenten, eigen kantoren uit andere landen, noem het maar op! Je hebt dus genoeg te doen met altijd nieuwe uitdagingen en gebeurtenissen. Wat neem je mee?
