Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Beheren en verwerken van de gedeelde M&O-inboxen. - Uitvoeren en bijhouden van diverse HR/M&O-administratie. - Verwerken en controleren van personeelsgegevens en mutaties. - Ondersteunen bij M&O-projecten, onder andere rond inrichting van het personeelsinformatiesysteem AFAS, vitaliteit en organisatieontwikkeling. - Snel eigen maken van HR-systemen, processen en werkwijze. - Ondersteunen bij de toepassing van gemeentelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden. - Oppakken van praktische M&O-vragen en acties vanuit de organisatie. - Zorgen voor een goede en actuele vastlegging van M&O-gegevens en documentatie. - Samenwerken met het M&O-team en verschillende teams binnen de organisatie. Vereisten / Profiel - Ervaring als M&O/HR-medewerker met ruime ervaring in HR-administratie. - Snel inzicht in nieuwe systemen en processen en het vermogen deze eigen te maken (o.a. AFAS, Cognos Analytics, Motion). - Nauwkeurig en praktisch ingesteld; je ziet zelf wat er moet gebeuren en pakt dit zelfstandig op. - Bereidheid om af te stemmen en samen te werken met collega's binnen het M&O-team. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in geschrift. Eisen: - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als HR-medewerker - Aantoonbare werkervaring met het inrichten van personeelsinformatiesystemen - Bereid om minimaal 2 dagen per week fysiek op locatie te werken Wensen: - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar met het ondersteunen van M&O/P&O-projecten binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie - Aantoon...
