EWAKO Wapeningscentrale | Kootwijkerbroek EWAKO Wapeningscentrale is in 2007 opgericht en levert door heel Nederland KOMO-gecertificeerd bewapeningsstaal aan de beton- en bouwindustrie. Dit kunnen funderingen, mest- of parkeerkelders, kelders, vloeren, wanden, huizen, plantenbakken, etc. zijn. Onze kwalitatieve computergestuurde machines knippen en buigen de constructies op maat, waarna ze in elkaar worden gelast als prefab constructie. Het team bestaat uit ±14 mensen: 2 operators, 5 lassers, 2 chauffeurs en 5 op kantoor. Klein genoeg om iedereen goed te kennen en te genieten van de collegialiteit, groot genoeg om serieuze projecten aan te kunnen. Hier staan 4 machines in de werkplaats, waar jij er 3 bedient. Dit voor voornamelijk specials en maatwerk. Van dunne tot dikke diameters en verschillende speciale buigingen en krommingen. Dit kunnen kleine losse onderdelen tot complete wapeningselementen voor funderingen en parkeerkelders zijn. De machines zijn computergestuurd en nemen veel handelingen over, maar jij zorgt dat de parameters kloppen, storingen worden opgepakt en de lassers nooit zonder materiaal komen te staan. Veertien mensen, één locatie in Kootwijkerbroek, korte lijnen. Wat ga je doen? 1. Drie machines draaien en bewaken. Je vertaalt productiebestanden naar de juiste instellingen, stelt parameters in en controleert of de output klopt wat betreft het knippen en buigen van verschillende maten. Het mooie is, jouw machines zijn ook echt jouw verantwoordelijkheid van A tot Z. Jij doet ertoe. 2. Storing zelf oplossen. Loopt er iets niet goed, dan pak jij dat als eerste op. Je signaleert, lost op wat je kunt en schakelt door als het buiten jouw invloed gaat. 3. Materiaal klaarzetten voor de lassers. Je verwisselt staalrollen, voert af wat klaar is en legt alles gesorteerd klaar zodat de lassers direct kunnen doorwerken. Geen zoekwerk, maar alles wordt goed geregeld. 4.
