Om de productieafdeling van onze klant te Gent, gespecialiseerd in technisch textiel, te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een operator dubbele ploeg voor onze coatingafdeling.

Als Operator voor onze coating afdeling zorg jij dat de productielijn soepel blijft draaien en dat we topkwaliteit afleveren. Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Technisch inzicht en ervaring met het bedienen en instellen van machines.
  • Bereidheid om in 2 ploegen te werken (5u00-13u15 en 13u15-21u30).
  • Teamspeler met goede kennis van het Nederlands (spreken en schrijven).
  • Veiligheidsbewust en verantwoordelijk

Functieomschrijving

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Inleggen van weefselrollen en aanhechten van nieuwe rollen aan de vorige rol.
  • Inladen van dip en het dipniveau op peil houden.
  • Controleren en registreren van procesparameters (gewicht, temperatuur, snelheid, druk) en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Voorbereidingen coördineren voor een vlotte en efficiënte stijlwissel.
  • Afsnijden van stalen en inpakken van weefselrollen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Invullen van productiebladen en stenterrapporten.
  • Orde en netheid van het machinepark bewaken volgens 5S.
  • Werken volgens veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuregels.
