Ben jij een georganiseerde magazijnier die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Heb je oog voor detail, werk je nauwkeurig en zorg je ervoor dat materialen en onderdelen steeds op de juiste plaats terechtkomen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Voor een industriële omgeving zoeken wij een Magazijnier die instaat voor het dagelijkse beheer van het technisch magazijn. Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen, reserveonderdelen en gereedschappen (zoals pompen, lagers, dichtingen, afsluiters, hydraulische componenten, elektrische onderdelen en instrumentatiemateriaal) correct worden ontvangen, opgeslagen en tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor de technische diensten.

Jouw takenpakket

Als magazijnier speel je een belangrijke rol in de ondersteuning van de onderhoudsactiviteiten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Ontvangen, controleren en registreren van binnenkomende goederen en materialen
  • Correct opslaan en organiseren van technische onderdelen, gereedschappen en verbruiksmaterialen
  • Klaarzetten en verdelen van materialen voor onderhoudstechniekers en andere interne diensten
  • Beheren en opvolgen van de magazijnvoorraad
  • Uitvoeren van voorraadcontroles en inventarisaties
  • Registreren van inkomende en uitgaande goederen in het voorraadbeheersysteem
  • Signaleren van voorraadtekorten en ondersteunen bij het tijdig aanvullen van materialen
  • Controleren van leveringen op aantallen, kwaliteit en eventuele beschadigingen
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke, veilige en overzichtelijke magazijnomgeving
  • Samenwerken met de technische dienst om ervoor te zorgen dat de juiste onderdelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als magazijnier, logistiek medewerker of in een vergelijkbare functie
  • Ervaring binnen een technische of industriële omgeving is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt affiniteit met technische materialen, reserveonderdelen en gereedschappen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig
  • Je bent administratief vaardig en kan vlot overweg met computersystemen
  • Ervaring met voorraadbeheer of ERP-systemen is een pluspunt
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen met collega's
  • Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, orde en netheid
  • Een heftruckattest is een pluspunt
