Als supervisor van het magazijn krijg je, naast een verantwoordelijke en afwisselende functie, een aantrekkelijk loon van €3.000 tot €3.800 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring. Dit wordt aangevuld met maaltijdcheques, ecocheques, een groepsverzekering en fietsleasing. Ervaring binnen de automotive sector is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste. Vooral het vermogen om het overzicht te bewaren, gestructureerd te werken en de administratieve opvolging correct af te handelen, is belangrijk. Je werkt volgens een interessant tweewekelijks wisselend uurrooster, waarbij je telkens één dag per week vrij bent. Dit zorgt voor de nodige vrijheid, flexibiliteit en afwisseling en maakt deze functie extra aantrekkelijk.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Volledig beheer van het magazijn en de bijhorende logistieke processen.
  • Tijdig bestellen van onderdelen en materialen bij verschillende leveranciers.
  • Proactief anticiperen op dreigende voorraadtekorten.
  • Nieuwe leveranciers zoeken wanneer nodig en prijsonderhandelingen voeren
  • Controleren van inkomende goederen en geleverde onderdelen.
  • Inboeken van ontvangen goederen en onderdelen in het softwaresysteem.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van aankoopfacturen en opmaken van creditnota’s indien nodig.
  • Behandelen en opvolgen van klachten met betrekking tot leveringen en onderdelen.
  • Coördineren en uitvoeren van de dagelijkse magazijnactiviteiten.
  • Bewaken en optimaliseren van magazijnprocessen via het softwaresysteem.
  • Administratieve verwerking en opvolging van magazijnactiviteiten.
  • Tijdig klaarleggen van onderdelen en materialen voor klanten en techniekers.
  • Ervaring in een magazijnomgeving of als logistiek bediende is een must
  • Technische kennis van onderdelen voor personen- en vrachtwagens is een grote plus
  • Vlot kunnen omgaan met computersystemen en magazijnsoftware is een must
  • Commercieel inzicht en klantgericht denken zijn belangrijk om interne en externe klanten goed te ondersteunen.
  • Bereid zijn om op zaterdagvoormiddag te werken
