Air Liquide Industrie B.V. is onderdeel van Air Liquide Benelux en is leider op het gebied van gassen, technologieën en diensten voor de industrie en gezondheidszorg. Levering van industriële gassen gaat via 2250 km aan speciale ondergrondse pijpleidingen van Bergen (België) tot Rotterdam. De grote raffinaderijen zijn er rechtstreeks op aangesloten. In Nederland zijn ongeveer 400 medewerkers werkzaam. De functie is gesitueerd binnen de afdeling Maintenance in Pernis. Het werkgebied betreft de productie van stoom, elektriciteit, demin water, boiler-voedingswater, heet water en instrumentlucht. Op de fabriek werken circa 35 medewerkers. Het operatieteam bedient hiertoe de (cogeneratie) installaties van Pergen v.o.f. welke opgebouwd zijn uit de volgende hoofdonderdelen: gasturbines, stoomturbines, instrument lucht -compressoren , stoomketels en pompen. Zeer uniek is het zogenaamde split boiler-concept waarbij elke gasturbine gekoppeld is aan twee stoomketels wat de flexibiliteit maar daartegen ook de complexiteit van de operatie enorm verhoogt. De installaties zijn in hoge mate geautomatiseerd en worden door de operators bestuurd en bewaakt vanuit de centrale controlekamer.De procesbesturing bestaat uit verschillende (DCS) systemen. De elektrische installatie bestaat uit een uitgebreid en complex hoog- en laagspanning net. De afdeling Maintenance in Pernis bestaat uit de maintenance manager, 2 maintenance engineers, 4 E&I technicians, 1 process control technici...
