Zelf sleutelen, uitzoeken en verbeteren. Ben jij een techneut die het liefst met machines werkt en energie krijgt van sleutelen en storingen oplossen? Als Maintenance Technician bij ANDRITZ in Geldrop krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Je houdt machines draaiende, lost storingen op en werkt aan onderhoud en verbeteringen. Je werkt met verschillende technische disciplines: van elektrotechniek en mechanica tot hydrauliek, pneumatiek en besturingstechniek. Wat ga je doen? Je start de dag samen met je collega's. Welke storingen zijn er geweest? Wat moet er vandaag gebeuren? Samen bepalen jullie de prioriteiten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Oplossen van elektrotechnische en mechanische storingen; - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud; - Werken aan hydraulische en pneumatische systemen; - Analyseren en aanpassen van PLC-besturingen; - Meewerken aan technische projecten en verbeteringen; - Meedraaien in de storingsdienst. Dit breng jij mee Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen. We zoeken vooral iemand met een technische basis en al enige ervaring in onderhoud en techniek, die het leuk vindt om zich verder te ontwikkelen en nieuwe dingen te leren. Verder heb je: - Een technische MBO- of HBO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde; - Ongeveer 3-4 jaar ervaring binnen maintenance, onderhoud of een vergelijkbare technische functie; - Ervaring met elektrotechnische en/of mechanische storingen; - Een praktische en oplossingsgerichte instelling; - Ervaring met Siemens S7?
