De overige 4 uur kun je flexibel over de week verdelen. Hybride werken is mogelijk; op maandag wordt op kantoor gewerkt in verband met het MT. Wat ga je doen? - Beheren van de agenda van de Directeur M&O. - Ondersteunen van het MT M&O bij secretariële en administratieve werkzaamheden. - Organiseren en plannen van vergaderingen, opleidingen, sollicitatiegesprekken, bijeenkomsten en workshops. - Ondersteunen bij organisatorische en administratieve werkzaamheden rondom projecten, inclusief voorbereiden van projectoverleggen, verzamelen en verwerken van projectinformatie en verzorgen van stukken en rapportages. - Verzorgen van communicatie rondom afdelingszaken, voornamelijk digitaal via bijvoorbeeld Teams, Outlook en SharePoint. - Ondersteunen van het MT bij de voorbereiding en organisatie van afdelingsbijeenkomsten. - Ondersteunen bij het inzichtelijk en overzichtelijk houden van M&O-projecten en lopende werkzaamheden. Opdrachtresultaat Je draagt bij aan optimale ontzorging van de Directeur M&O en het MT M&O door agenda's te beheren, afspraken en bijeenkomsten goed voor te bereiden en overzicht te bieden in lopende werkzaamheden en projecten. Omdat je binnen een HR-omgeving werkt, is zorgvuldige omgang met vertrouwelijke en privacygevoelige informatie essentieel. Je kunt goed omgaan met hectiek en snel schakelen wanneer prioriteiten veranderen. Wat breng je mee? - Opleiding: MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol en specifieke ervaring met directie- en MT-ondersteuning. - Digitale vaardigheden en ervaring met programma's binnen Office 365, zoals Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel en PowerPoint. - Goede planner en organisator; je stelt zelfstandig prioriteiten en houdt overzicht....
