The posting

Als civieltechnisch expert ben je he t interne aanspreekpunt voor civiele infrastructuur en ondersteun je de technische dienst bij uiteenlopende projecten en technische vraagstukken. Je combineert daarbij een sterke technische kennis met een praktische en resultaatgerichte aanpak.

Als Manager Civiele Werken neem je onder meer volgende verantwoordelijkheden op:

  • Fungeren als intern civieltechnisch aanspreekpunt en adviseur voor de technische dienst.
  • Technisch beoordelen en valideren van offertes, uitvoeringsdossiers, draagkrachtberekeningen en funderingsontwerpen.
  • Opvolgen, coördineren en technisch controleren van externe partners zoals tekenaars, landmeters en studiebureaus.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, volledigheid en versiecontrole van AutoCAD-basisplannen en as-built documentatie.
  • Uitvoeren van technische keuringen en opleveringen en opvolgen van eventuele non-conformiteiten.
  • Vertalen van technische studies en ontwerpen naar duidelijke en uitvoerbare opdrachten voor aannemers, landmeters en studiebureaus.
  • Opstellen en/of beoordelen van technische bestekken.
  • Je technische expertise inzetten binnen projecten rond onder meer industriële verhardingen, funderingen, riolering, gebouwen en werkplaatsen.
  • Een Bachelor of Master in Civiele Techniek, Bouwkunde of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen civieltechnische opdrachten.
  • Een grondige technische kennis van industriële verhardingen, funderingen, riolering en gebouwen/werkplaatsen.
  • Kennis van de Eurocodes en relevante richtlijnen voor civiele en haveninfrastructuur.
  • Een goede praktische kennis van AutoCAD, met name voor het lezen, beoordelen, beheren en beperkt aanpassen van 2D/DWG-plannen en as-built documentatie.
  • Ervaring met technische bestekken en het aansturen of opvolgen van externe technische partners.
  • Bij voorkeur een geldig VCA-attest.
  • Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
