Ben jij een ervaren accounting-professional met leidinggevende kwaliteiten? Wil je verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de financiële administratie in Nederland en België én een belangrijke rol spelen bij de financiële integratie?

Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken wij een Accounting Manager Nederland & België. Je geeft leiding aan een team van Accountants en flexibele medewerkers in Nederland en België. Samen zorgen jullie voor een betrouwbare financiële administratie, tijdige rapportages en een goed ingericht beheer van debiteuren, crediteuren en vaste activa.

Daarnaast begeleid je de financiële integratie van een recent overgenomen onderneming. Je zorgt ervoor dat systemen en processen zorgvuldig op elkaar worden afgestemd en dat de overgang soepel verloopt. Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit Eindhoven en bezoekt regelmatig de vestigingen in België, en in Nederland.

Wat ga je doen? Aansturen, begeleiden en verder ontwikkelen van het accountingteam in Nederland en België. Verzorgen van de maand- en jaarafsluitingen en tijdige rapportages aan de centrale organisatie. Toezien op de grootboek-, debiteuren-, crediteuren-, salaris- en vasteactiva-administratie. Bewaken van de balans en winst-en-verliesrekening. Monitoren van het werkkapitaal, waaronder debiteuren, crediteuren en voorraden.

Vereisten? Een afgeronde bacheloropleiding in Accountancy, Finance of een vergelijkbare richting. Minimaal zeven jaar ervaring binnen accounting, waarvan ten minste drie jaar in een leidinggevende functie. Gedegen kennis van financiële verslaggeving, boekhoudkundige principes en relevante wet- en regelgeving.Kennis van IFRS is een pré. Ervaring met ERP- en boekhoudsystemen, bij voorkeur Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite of SAP. Gevorderde Excel-vaardigheden. Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
