Duik in complexe vraagstukken voor een zorgvuldige afhandeling van bezwaarschriften. Wat ga je doen? Duik jij graag in complexe juridische vraagstukken, maar verlies je de menselijke maat nooit uit het oog? Als Fulltime Manager Juridische Zaken in Amsterdam behandel je uitdagende bezwaarzaken en zorg je voor heldere, zorgvuldige en juridisch goed onderbouwde besluiten. Je werkt aan complexe en meervoudige dossiers binnen de Algemene wet bestuursrecht (Awb). Je analyseert de juridische vraag, leidt waar nodig een hoorzitting en stelt beslissingen op bezwaar (BOB) op. Daarbij schakel je makkelijk tussen wetgeving, de praktijk en verschillende belangen. Daarnaast ben je een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor junior en medior casemanagers. Je helpt collega's bij lastige dossiers, deelt je kennis en signaleert juridische risico's en verbeterpunten. Ook adviseer je het management en de primaire afdelingen over ontwikkelingen binnen bezwaar en bestuursrecht. Wat ga je doen? - Behandelen van complexe en meervoudige bezwaarschriften; - Analyseren van juridische vraagstukken en beoordelen van dossiers; - Voeren van gesprekken en hoorzittingen met bezwaarmakers en gemachtigden; - Opstellen van juridisch onderbouwde beslissingen op bezwaar; - Coachen en inhoudelijk begeleiden van junior en medior casemanagers; - Adviseren over juridische risico's, beleid en procesverbetering. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris tussen de € 3.500 en € 4.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring; - Je treedt direct in dienst bij de organisatie.
