Als Manufacturing & Assembly Process Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en optimaliseren van assemblageprocessen binnen innovatieve productontwikkelingsprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met engineering, productie en kwaliteit om efficiënte en toekomstgerichte productieoplossingen te realiseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Begeleiden van de introductie van nieuwe producten en assemblages in productie.
  • Ondersteunen van multidisciplinaire teams bij het analyseren en oplossen van technische en procesgerelateerde uitdagingen.
  • Evalueren van ontwerpen op vlak van produceerbaarheid, kwaliteit, veiligheid, ergonomie en kostenefficiëntie.
  • Omzetten van technische ontwerpen naar gestandaardiseerde en performante assemblageprocessen.
  • Actieve deelname aan technische overlegmomenten en productreviews.
  • Verbeteren van bestaande productielijnen, werkposten en productiestromen.
  • Opstellen van investeringsvoorstellen voor tooling, apparatuur en procesverbeteringen.
  • Implementeren van innovatieve assemblagetechnieken en digitale hulpmiddelen voor procesbewaking.
  • Analyseren van productiegegevens en initiëren van continue verbeterprojecten.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen productie, procesengineering of productontwikkeling is een pluspunt.
  • Inzicht in assemblagemethodieken en het interpreteren van technische tekeningen.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en sterk in probleemoplossend denken.
  • Proactieve teamspeler die gemakkelijk samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring met gangbare softwaretools zoals MS Office, Power BI, Azure DevOps, PLM-systemen en CAD-software.
  • Affiniteit met digitalisering, automatisering en Industry 4.0.
  • Kennis van projectopvolging, kostenanalyse of investeringsdossiers vormt een meerwaarde.
