Vacature details Solliciteren Functieomschrijving Wil jij als masterpsycholoog of neuropsycholoog werken binnen de ouderenzorg, geriatrische revalidatiezorg (GRZ) en niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH)? Bij PZC Dordrecht werk je met verschillende doelgroepen en krijg je de ruimte om jouw psychologische expertise in te zetten voor cliënten én zorgteams. Waar kom je te werken? PZC Dordrecht is een eigentijdse zorgorganisatie in de regio Dordrecht. We bieden verpleeghuiszorg en geriatrische revalidatiezorg aan ouderen en specialistische zorg aan mensen met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH). Onze focus? Zo gewoon mogelijk leven voor bewoners en revalidanten, met aandacht, deskundigheid en ruimte voor ontwikkeling. Je werkt binnen een multidisciplinair team dat zich inzet voor kwaliteit van leven en herstel. Jij brengt psychologische expertise in om gedrag te begrijpen, passende interventies te ontwikkelen en zorgteams te ondersteunen. Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het psychologisch behandelplan, voert cognitieve screenings en (neuro)psychologisch onderzoek uit en begeleidt cliënten bij psychosociale problematiek. Jouw rol - Je voert cognitieve screenings, observaties en (neuro)psychologisch onderzoek uit. - Je stelt adviezen op voor bewoners, revalidanten en zorgteams. - Je coacht en adviseert zorgteams in het omgaan met complex gedrag. - Je draagt bij aan scholing, deskundigheidsbevordering en kwaliteitsverbetering. Jij brengt mee - Een afgeronde WO-master Psychologie, bijvoorbeeld klinische psychologie, neuropsychologie of gerontopsychologie. - Bij voorkeur één of meerdere jaren werkervaring binnen de revalidatiezorg, verpleeghuiszorg of ouderenzorg. - Affiniteit met geriatrische revalidatie, NAH en/of ouderenzorg. - Een zelfstandige en proactieve werkhou...
