Je neemt het voortouw in het ontwikkelen en uitwerken van nieuwe concepten in nauw overleg met Sales en andere engineeringsafdelingen. Je voert geavanceerd technisch onderzoek uit en werkt conceptuele ontwerpen uit met behulp van 3D CAD-software. Je onderbouwt ontwerpkeuzes met mechanische en hydraulische berekeningen, FEM-analyses en ondersteuning in praktijk testen. Kennis en kunde in het opstellen van hydraulische schema's is een pré. Wat vragen we van jou? - Werk- en denkniveau op werktuigbouwkundig gebied op HBO-niveau; - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen mechanisch ontwerp en conceptontwikkeling in een machinebouw omgeving; - Ervaring met het opstellen van mechanische berekeningen; - Kennis en ervaring met aandrijftechniek; - Kennis van het toepassen van verschillende materialen; - Kennis van lasconstructies is een pré; - Kennis van hydrauliek is een pré; - Kennis van FEM is een pré; - Ervaring met ontwerpmethodieken en 3D CAD-software, bij voorkeur Inventor; - Een goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift.
