Gesucht wird 1 Mechatroniker_in Betriebstechnik Das machst du bei uns:

* Du führst Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an unseren Produktionsanlagen durch.

* Du stellst die Verfügbarkeit und Betriebssicherheit der Anlagen sicher.

* Du überwachst den Anlagenzustand, erkennst Abweichungen und entwickelst passende Lösungsvorschläge.

* Bei Störungen analysierst du die Ursachen und sorgst für eine rasche und nachhaltige Behebung.

* Du dokumentierst durchgeführte Maßnahmen und unterstützt bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Anlagen.

* Im Rahmen unserer KVP-Prozesse bringst du aktiv Ideen zur Verbesserung von Abläufen und Prozessen ein.

Das bist du:

* Du hast eine Lehre im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik abgeschlossen (HTL, Fachschule oder vergleichbare Qualifikation).

* Du verfügst idealerweise über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung oder im Bereich Mechatronik.

* Kenntnisse in der Steuerungstechnik, Hydraulik und Pneumatik bringst du bereits mit.

* Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

* Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und denkst lösungsorientiert.

* Kommunikationsstärke, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität zeichnen dich aus.

* Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Engagement runden dein Profil ab.

* Du arbeitest gerne im 4-Schicht-Betrieb und schätzt die damit verbundene Flexibilität.

Dein mögliches Gehalt:

Für diese Position zahlen wir mindestens € 2.947,89 brutto pro Monat (bei 38,5 Wochenstunden). Die Überzahlung orientiert sich an deiner Qualifikation und deiner Berufserfahrung. Im besten Fall zeigt ein persönliches Gespräch, ob wir zueinander passen und den künftigen Weg gemeinsam gehen.
