Over het werk Als medewerker administratie ga je aan de slag met administratieve taken rondom de polisadministratie. Je verwerkt mutaties, controleert gegevens en communiceert via e-mail met verzekerden over de afhandeling van hun dossiers. Deze functie als medewerker administratie is tijdelijk van aard. Je werkt 34 tot 36 uur per week, verdeeld over reguliere kantoordagen. Je start je werkdag met het verwerken van de binnengekomen lijsten en mutaties. Vervolgens beantwoord je e-mails van verzekerden met behulp van sjablonen. Gedurende de dag houd je je bezig met het bevestigen van machtigingen, wijzigingen en correcties. In deze rol is het belangrijk dat je gestructureerd en nauwkeurig werkt en goed om kunt gaan met een hoog werktempo.
