Voor een gespecialiseerde onderneming in de automotive- en transportsector, gevestigd in Antwerpen, zoeken wij een Medewerker Wisselstukken / Technisch Magazijnmedewerker.

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je technisch onderdelenbeheer met magazijnwerk, administratie en klantencontact. Dankzij jouw mechanische kennis help je klanten en collega's bij het vinden van de juiste onderdelen.

Je komt terecht in een kleinschalige, professionele werkomgeving waar samenwerking, zelfstandigheid en technische vakkennis centraal staan.

Jouw taken

  • Je ontvangt, controleert en registreert binnenkomende wisselstukken.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte opslag en een overzichtelijk onderdelenmagazijn.
  • Je volgt de voorraad op en signaleert tijdig tekorten.
  • Je identificeert de juiste onderdelen op basis van technische informatie en klantvragen.
  • Je zet wisselstukken klaar voor klanten en techniekers.
  • Je helpt klanten bij vragen over onderdelen, beschikbaarheid en mogelijke alternatieven.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers en volgt bestellingen en leveringen op.
  • Je verwerkt de bijhorende administratie nauwkeurig.
  • Je werkt samen met de collega's van de werkplaats om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Je draagt bij aan een ordelijke, veilige en efficiënte magazijnwerking.
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond, bij voorkeur een diploma in een mechanische richting.
  • Je beschikt over een goed mechanisch inzicht en interesse in voertuigtechniek.
  • Ervaring in een garage, werkplaats of technische onderdelenafdeling komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Kennis van vrachtwagens, trailers, opleggers of bijhorende wisselstukken is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt perfect Nederlands.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen.
  • Je bent administratief nauwkeurig en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, praktisch ingesteld en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, betrouwbaar en gemotiveerd.
  • Je bent bereid om je verder te verdiepen in technische onderdelen en producten.
