Functieomschrijving Medewerker arbeidsvoorwaarden Als medewerker arbeidsvoorwaarden krijg jij energie van het werken met verschillende cao's, juridische vraagstukken en het meedenken over het moderniseren van regelingen. Met jouw scherpe blik en praktische aanpak draag jij actief bij aan een organisatie die zich inzet voor veiligheid en publieke gezondheid. Wat ga je doen? Je bent een onmisbare schakel binnen het HRM-team. Je werkt nauw samen met de specialist arbeidsvoorwaarden en de arbeidsjurist en ondersteunt hen inhoudelijk bij de uitvoering en het beheer van het arbeidsvoorwaardenbeleid. Daarnaast ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de HR Frontoffice bij vragen over arbeidsvoorwaarden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat we niet alleen voldoen aan de regels, maar dat we deze ook slim benutten en toepassen in de praktijk. Goed om te weten: bij VGGM kennen wij drie cao's, namelijk de cao Ambulancezorg, cao Jeugdzorg en cao VVT. Daarnaast hebben we een arbeidsvoorwaardelijke regeling gebaseerd op de CAR(-UWO) Veiligheidsregio's. Je houdt onze intranetteksten actueel en foutloos, waarbij jouw oog voor detail en sterke beheersing van de Nederlandse taal goed van pas komen.
