Je komt terecht in een warm familiebedrijf dat al aan de derde generatie toe is. Kwaliteit, klantvriendelijkheid en een verzorgde winkel staan centraal. Je werkt samen met een groot team van ongeveer 30 collega’s. Sommige medewerkers werken er al meer dan 20 jaar. Daarnaast zijn er ook studenten en flexi-jobbers actief. Je nieuwe collega’s zorgen voor een warme ontvangst en helpen je graag op weg.

Als medewerker op de bakkerijafdeling:

  • Bak je verse broden, pistolets, koffiekoeken en ander deeggoed af.
  • Bereid je de ovenruimte en de bakkerijproducten voor op de verkoop.
  • Vul je de rekken en toonbanken voortdurend aan en zorg je voor een aantrekkelijke presentatie.
  • Volg je de voorraad en leveringen op, plaats je bestellingen en houd je de stockruimte netjes.
  • Controleer je de kwaliteit en houdbaarheid.
  • Onderhoud je de werkruimte.
  • Help je klanten of collega’s aan de kassa en andere afdelingen wanneer het druk is.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt ervaring in een bakkerij of op de bakkerijafdeling in een supermarkt. Ervaring is een must.
  • Je wil voltijds werken.
  • Je bent beschikbaar tussen 6.00 uur en 20.00 uur.
  • Je kan op zaterdag en zondag werken volgens een afwisselend rooster.
  • Je werkt verzorgd en hygiënisch.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en productkwaliteit.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en enthousiast.
  • Je bent flexibel en springt bij waar nodig.

Je bent een energieke en opgewekte collega die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je werkt nauwkeurig en verzorgd en hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit, versheid en hygiëne. Je helpt klanten met een glimlach en blijft vriendelijk, ook wanneer het druk is.

Je bent bovendien flexibel. Je vindt het geen probleem om af en toe langer te blijven of in te springen op een andere afdeling wanneer dat nodig is. Dankzij je ervaring kan je zelfstandig werken, maar je werkt ook graag samen met collega’s. Vooral je motivatie en goesting om erin te vliegen maken het verschil.
