Intersant Eindhoven 24 - 40 uur MBO-4 Direct in dienst bij opdrachtgever Jouw advies helpt klanten kiezen. Jouw overzicht brengt hypotheekdossiers verder. Bij Intersant krijg je de vrijheid om zelf zaken te regelen, met betrokken collega's en kansen om door te groeien. Wat ga je doen? Welke schadeverzekering past bij mijn situatie? Hoe staat het met mijn hypotheekaanvraag? Voor klanten zijn dit belangrijke vragen. Jij geeft duidelijke antwoorden en zorgt dat zij weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Je adviseert zelfstandig over schadeverzekeringen en helpt klanten bij het afsluiten ervan. Daarnaast ondersteun je hypotheekadviseurs bij hun dossiers. Je combineert dus persoonlijk klantcontact met nauwkeurig administratief werk. Mist er informatie? Dan neem jij contact op. Zo houd je dossiers in beweging en klanten goed geïnformeerd. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je adviseert klanten over passende schadeverzekeringen en bemiddelt bij het afsluiten ervan. - Je ondersteunt hypotheekadviseurs bij de administratie van hypotheekdossiers. - Je houdt klanten en adviseurs op de hoogte van de voortgang van het adviestraject. - Je stemt af met geldverstrekkers, notarissen, verzekeraars, taxateurs en klanten om de voortgang van dossiers te bewaken.
