In deze functie maak je deel uit van een professioneel finance team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de crediteurenadministratie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen en hebt regelmatig contact met leveranciers. Ben jij analytisch, servicegericht en houd je ervan om processen continu te verbeteren? Dan is deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven. Functie-informatie: Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Crediteurenadministratie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een betrouwbare en efficiënte verwerking van de financiële administratie. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken, controleren en boeken van inkomende leveranciersfacturen; - Bewaken van het volledige factuur- en betaalproces; - Opvolgen van openstaande facturen, afwijkingen en goedkeuringen; - Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en interne afdelingen over facturen en betalingen; - Verwerken van wijzigingen in crediteurgegevens; - Ondersteunen bij de maandafsluiting en diverse financiële controles; - Signaleren van knelpunten en bijdragen aan het verbeteren en digitaliseren van administratieve processen; - Zorgdragen voor een correcte, volledige en betrouwbare financiële administratie.
