Als medewerker creditmanagement help je leden van Menzis die moeite hebben met betalen. Geen harde incasso, maar hulp: je zoekt samen met de klant naar een oplossing die past bij zijn of haar situatie en voorkomt dat een kleine achterstand uitgroeit tot een grote schuld. Niet voor niets heet onze afdeling creditmanagement bij Menzis Hulp bij Betalen. Ervaring in creditmanagement heb je niet nodig: je start in december met een opleiding van zeven maanden, waarin we je opleiden tot volwaardig medewerker Hulp bij Betalen. Dit ga je doen: - Je beantwoordt telefonisch en per e-mail vragen van leden over openstaande betalingen en biedt maatwerk, zoals een passende betalingsregeling. - Je bewaakt lopende betalingsregelingen en neemt proactief contact op als een afspraak niet wordt nagekomen. - Je werkt samen met bewindvoerders, schuldhulpverleners en deurwaarders aan duurzame oplossingen voor de klant. - Je handelt binnenkomende post en e-mail af en legt afspraken jzorgvuldig vast in onze systemen. - Je denkt mee over preventie en slimmere manieren van sociaal incasseren. Tijdens de opleiding leer je klanten op uiteenlopende manieren te ondersteunen. Je scherpt je gespreksvaardigheden aan, telefonisch en per e-mail, en bouwt stevige kennis op over financiële dienstverlening en schuldhulpverlening.
