Werken voor onze grote opdrachtgever Bij Flanderijn Servicing voeren wij het debiteurenbeheer uit voor diverse opdrachtgevers. In het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het debiteurenbeheer van een van onze grootste opdrachtgevers zoeken wij een nieuwe collega. Als Medewerker Debiteurenbeheer doe jij meer dan alleen zorgen dat facturen betaald worden. Onze opdrachtgever heeft ook de klachtenafhandeling en deel van hun binnendienst werkzaamheden aan ons uitbesteed. Dit betekent dat jij met veel verschillende werkzaamheden bezig bent. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Telefonisch en schriftelijk klantcontact over openstaande facturen - Opnemen, verwerken en oplossen van factuurklachten - Facturen aanpassen en orders aanvragen - Adviseren en overleggen met onze opdrachtgever over de te volgen stappen Wat bieden wij: - Salaris tussen de € 2.650,00 en € 3.450 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur), afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. - 30 vakantiedagen o.b.v. 40 uur - Een 13e maand - Je hoeft geen eigen bijdrage te betalen voor je pensioen, dit doen wij voor je - Persoonlijke ontwikkeling vinden wij belangrijk.
