Menu Medewerker Finance Vacature: Medewerker Finance Clingendael Instituut - Finance & IT Het Nederlands Instituut voor Internationale Betrekkingen Clingendael is een onafhankelijke denktank en academie, gevestigd in Den Haag. Wij dragen bij aan een veilige, duurzame en rechtvaardige wereld met ons onderzoek, onze trainingsprogramma's en door het publieke debat over internationale vraagstukken te stimuleren. We werken samen met partners in de publieke en private sector, waaronder beleidsmakers, CEO's, de Nederlandse krijgsmacht, opsporingsinstanties, diplomaten, politici en ngo's. Clingendael beschikt over 40 jaar hoogwaardige kennis en ervaring op geopolitiek gebied. Het Instituut is een onafhankelijke stichting en is niet verbonden aan een politieke, activistische, commerciële of religieuze beweging. Het Instituut kent drie afdelingen: Research, Academy en het Stafbureau. Ter versterking van het Stafbureau zijn we op zoek naar een: Medewerker Finance Voor 32-36 uur (fulltime) Ben jij nauwkeurig, werk je graag met cijfers en vind je het leuk om ervoor te zorgen dat een financiële administratie goed op orde is? En kijk je daarbij ook graag naar hoe processen slimmer of beter kunnen? Dan is deze functie bij het gerenommeerde Instituut Clingendael iets voor jou! Functieomschrijving Als Medewerker Finance zorg je samen met je collega's voor een betrouwbare en goed georganiseerde financiële administratie. Je hebt een breed takenpakket en werkt voor verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Beheren van de crediteuren-, debiteuren- en grootboekadministratie; - Verwerken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen, inclusief de juiste btw-verwerking en nazorg; - Voorbereiden van belastingaangiften en kwartaalcontroles; - Ondersteunen van Project Control met rapportages, correcties en afrekeningen; - Bewaken en verbeteren van financiële processen en werkwijzen.
