The posting

Je bent de brug tussen hoe we werken en wat technologie mogelijk maakt. • Processen analyseren: je hoort van collega's waar ze mee worstelen en waar ze tijd verliezen. Je brengt die processen in kaart en bedenkt hoe het slimmer kan. • Bouwen met AI: je zet die ideeën om in werkende oplossingen. Dat gaat van automatisaties en AI-assistenten tot volledige applicaties, voor onze coaches en voor onze cliënten. Je bouwt snel een eerste versie, test die met de gebruikers en verbetert ze tot ze echt werkt. • Doordacht opzetten: je kiest bewust hoe een oplossing technisch in elkaar zit, zodat ze veilig, onderhoudbaar en schaalbaar is. Privacy en informatieveiligheid neem je van bij de start mee. • Uitrollen en begeleiden: je documenteert wat je bouwt en begeleidt collega's in het gebruik ervan. • Meewerken in het ICT-team: je ondersteunt het interne ICT-team bij het beheer van tools en omgevingen binnen het Microsoft 365-ecosysteem, en je analyseert en optimaliseert ook andere bedrijfsprocessen. Je werkt nauw samen met de manager ICT en de directeur ondersteunende diensten om prioriteiten en scope vast te leggen. Toon ons wat je bouwde Stuur naast je cv ook één of meer links mee naar iets wat je zelf bouwde met AI of code, bijvoorbeeld een app, automatisatie, GitHub-project, demo of korte video. • Iets bouwen dat collega's of cliënten de volgende dag echt gebruiken

• Leren van nieuwe technologieën, in het bijzonder AI

• Een continue professionalisering binnen Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Intune, Dynamics, Viva, Security & Compliance en Power Platform

• Zelfstandig werken én samenwerken in een team

• Initiatief nemen en zaken buiten het bestaande kader opwerpen en uitwerken

Om zeker te zijn dat jij straks bij emino op je plaats zit is het belangrijk dat jij:

• Je aantoonbare ervaring hebt met het bouwen van oplossingen met moderne AI-tools, zoals Claude, Codex, of AI-codeertools, en niet enkel met het gebruiken ervan.

• Je een degelijke technische basis hebt. Je kan programmeren of scripten (bijvoorbeeld Python, JavaScript/TypeScript), je werkt met API's en koppelingen en je begrijpt hoe data gestructureerd en beveiligd wordt.

• Weet hoe je met AI-modellen bouwt: goede instructies en skills schrijven en gebruiken, eigen documenten of data koppelen, en resultaten testen en bijsturen.

• Je bedrijfsprocessen kan analyseren, in kaart brengen en vertalen naar een concrete oplossing.

• Je bent geen architect, maar je denkt wel na over hoe iets technisch opgezet moet worden voor je begint te bouwen.

• Je resultaatgericht, gestructureerd en planmatig werkt. Je levert kwaliteit af.

• Je regelmatig wilt verplaatsen. Een rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen zijn dus een must. Je werkt deels thuis en deels op kantoor, voornamelijk op onze hoofdlocatie in Antwerpen.

• Beschikbaar bent voor 38 uur om deze opdracht uit te voeren.

• Een diploma Prof. bach. Toegepaste informatica of hoger op zak hebt of minstens 2 jaar ervaring hebt in een gelijkwaardige functie.
