The posting

Om het team onthaal op ons hoofdkantoor in Wommelgem te versterken is IGEAN op zoek naar een medewerker onthaal en administratie (80%).

Je staat er niet alleen voor!

Samen met je drie collega’s vorm je het gezicht van IGEAN en werk je in een beurtrolsysteem aan verschillende taken. Als centrale spil van het onthaal zorg je ervoor dat bezoekers, collega’s en externe partners zich welkom voelen en snel geholpen worden. Daarnaast ondersteun je verschillende afdelingen met administratieve en organisatorische taken.

Hier je talent ontplooien – dat doe je als volgt ….

  • Je ontvangt bezoekers, leveranciers en collega’s op een professionele en vriendelijke manier.
  • Je beheert de mailbox, beantwoordt inkomende telefoons en/of verwijst gericht door.
  • Je verwerkt bestelbonnen zorgvuldig.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte en tijdige postverdeling en –verzending.
  • Je onderhoudt de koffiemachines en beheert de voorraad.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de organisatie van vergaderingen en zorgt dat vergaderzalen netjes en gebruiksklaar zijn.
  • Je volgt meldingen rond gebouwen op en helpt mee een nette en aangename werkomgeving te bewaken.
  • Je ondersteunt collega’s bij de (eind) redactie van diverse documenten volgens de huisstijl.
  • Je werkt waar nodig mee aan projecten of evenementen van IGEAN.
  • Je ondersteunt het team grondgebiedszaken (GGZ) met administratieve taken.

Bovendien sta je al sterk in je schoenen - dit breng je mee...

  • Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs en bij voorkeur ervaring in een onthaal- of administratieve functie.
  • Je communiceert klantgericht, assertief, respectvol en drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en leert snel nieuwe toepassingen aan.
  • Je bent georganiseerd, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt deadlines goed in het oog.
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel op drukke momenten en stelt je flexibel op waar nodig.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt mee vooruit en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband graag mee aan een goed resultaat.
  • Je hebt oog voor orde, netheid en veiligheid
