Voor één van onze opdrachtgevers zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Salarisadministratie. Je komt terecht binnen een professionele en mensgerichte organisatie waar samenwerken, ontwikkelen en vitaliteit centraal staan. De functie is beschikbaar voor 24 tot 40 uur per week, met voorkeur voor 32 uur.

· Samen met je collega verzorg je het volledige payrollproces. · Je verwerkt de aangifte loonheffingen, stelt journaalposten op en zorgt voor een correcte aansluiting met de financiële administratie. · Je ondersteunt bij de implementatie van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving en wijzigingen in cao's. · Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij salarisgerelateerde vragen. · Je maakt proforma salarisberekeningen en verstrekt advies. · Je stelt rapportages en managementoverzichten op. · Je levert gegevens aan voor accountantscontroles, pensioenfondsen en andere organisaties. · Je signaleert verbetermogelijkheden en draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte salarisadministratie. · Minimaal mbo niveau 4. · Bij voorkeur minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen salarisadministratie. · Afgeronde PDL-opleiding of bereidheid deze te behalen. · Boekhoudkundige kennis. · Goede kennis van Excel. · Proactieve en nauwkeurige werkhouding. · Ervaring met AFAS is een pré.
