Als Medewerker Sales & Operations ben jij voor veel van onze klanten het eerste én belangrijkste aanspreekpunt. Of het nu gaat om een dealer met een bestelling, een architect met een productvraag, een schilder die technisch advies nodig heeft of een klant die snel geholpen wil worden: jij zorgt ervoor dat mensen zich bij ons welkom en goed geholpen voelen.

Tegelijkertijd ben je intern een belangrijke verbindende schakel tussen verkoop, productie, inkoop, logistiek, marketing en directie. Je houdt overzicht, schakelt snel en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste informatie op het juiste moment bij de juiste persoon terechtkomt. Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat het achter de schermen goed geregeld is én dat onze klanten dat aan de voorkant merken.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die samen met ons wil zorgen dat iedere klant niet alleen enthousiast is over onze producten, maar óók over de manier waarop hij of zij door ons wordt geholpen.

We zoeken vooral iemand die graag met mensen werkt en een ambitieuze teamspeler is. Iemand die begrijpt dat een klant niet alleen een goed product verwacht, maar ook graag snel, vriendelijk en professioneel geholpen wil worden.

Je bent enthousiast, toegankelijk en servicegericht. Je houdt ervan om dingen goed te regelen en krijgt er energie van wanneer een klant na contact met jou denkt: “Dat is fijn geregeld.”

Wat breng je mee?

  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands.
  • Goede beheersing van Engels en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Sterke communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden.
  • Je bent administratief en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je kunt makkelijk schakelen tussen klanten, orders, projecten en collega's.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Odoo, is een pluspunt.
  • Bachelor werk- en denkniveau.
  • Bij voorkeur minimaal twee jaar ervaring in een commerciële binnendienstfunctie of vergelijkbare rol.
  • Ervaring met verf, interieur, design, bouwmaterialen of een premium consumentenmerk is mooi meegenomen.
