Beschrijving Als medewerker Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle technische werkzaamheden, reparaties en het onderhoud binnen het hotel. Denk hierbij aan apparatuur, sanitair, hang- en sluitwerk, verlichting en installaties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het snel en efficiënt oplossen van problemen en storingen, het behandelen van ad-hoc klachten en preventief technisch deskundig werk binnen het hotel. Daarnaast ben je ook samen met je collega Technische Dienst verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van het terrein en de tuin. Je ziet toe op veiligheid en verricht periodieke controles. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een technisch talent dat graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je houdt van afwisseling, werkt zelfstandig en weet goed prioriteiten te stellen. Daarnaast communiceer je gemakkelijk met collega's en externe partijen, blijf je rustig tijdens drukke momenten en denk je vooral in oplossingen. - Allround technische kennis en relevante werkervaring; - Ervaring als Medewerker Technische Dienst binnen een hotel (pré); - Goede communicatieve en coördinerende vaardigheden; - Je hebt een flexibele en stressbestendige houding en deinst niet terug voor een beetje hectiek; - Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
