Voor KleinGeluk zoeken we een medewerker technische dienst. Samen met drie collega's vorm je onze Technische Dienst. Vanuit dit team zorgen jullie ervoor dat onze verschillende woonzorg- en thuiszorglocaties in Apeldoorn technisch goed, veilig en prettig functioneren. Je werkplek kan vandaag een technische ruimte zijn en morgen een appartement van een bewoner. Het ene moment los je zelf een storing op, het volgende moment begeleid je een leverancier die onderhoud komt uitvoeren. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie bijzonder. En wat je ook doet: uiteindelijk zorg jij ervoor dat onze bewoners, cliënten en collega's kunnen rekenen op een omgeving waarin alles gewoon goed werkt. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker technische dienst heb je een veelzijdige functie. Je verricht zelfstandig technische onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden aan gebouwen, installaties en inventaris. Kunnen of mogen we werkzaamheden niet zelf uitvoeren? Dan zorg jij ervoor dat deze bij de juiste leverancier terechtkomen en houd je zicht op de uitvoering. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het uitvoeren van technische onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden; - Het signaleren, onderzoeken en waar mogelijk zelfstandig oplossen van storingen; - Het inschak...
