In deze functie combineer je praktisch werk met vakkennis en verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende tuinprojecten voor zowel particuliere als professionele klanten en krijgt de kans om verschillende technieken binnen tuinaanleg en -onderhoud verder onder de knie te krijgen. Je komt terecht in een ervaren team waar kwaliteit belangrijk is en waar je de ruimte krijgt om bij te leren, initiatief te nemen en steeds zelfstandiger te werken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je legt tuinen aan bij particuliere en professionele klanten en je staat in voor het onderhoud van bestaande tuinen
  • Je snoeit en scheert hagen, struiken en bomen volgens de juiste technieken en je voert aanplantingen en diverse groenwerken uit
  • Je helpt bij voorbereidende grondwerken en maakt werven mee klaar en je werkt met professioneel tuingereedschap en moderne machines
  • Je denkt mee over de praktische aanpak van de werkzaamheden en je werkt samen met collega's en zorgt mee voor een kwalitatieve afwerking
  • Naarmate je ervaring groeit, neem je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op binnen de projecten

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiaal groenbedrijf met jarenlange ervaring in tuinaanleg en onderhoud. De zaakvoerder staat dicht bij de dagelijkse werking en werkt samen met het team op de werf. Daardoor zijn de communicatielijnen kort en kan je snel schakelen wanneer je ondersteuning of advies nodig hebt. Er wordt geïnvesteerd in degelijk materiaal en een kwalitatieve manier van werken. Tegelijk krijg je de ruimte om je eigen kennis verder uit te bouwen. Wie initiatief toont en zich wil ontwikkelen, krijgt hier de kans om stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

  • Je hebt interesse in tuinaanleg en groenonderhoud en je werkt graag buiten en houdt van praktisch werk
  • Ervaring in de groensector of bouwsector is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor een verzorgde afwerking en je bent gemotiveerd om nieuwe technieken bij te leren
