Zur Unterstützung suchen wir 2 Media- und TV Planer_in (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von Mediastrategien und Mediaplänen

* Analyse von Zielgruppen, Märkten und Medienkanälen

* Auswahl geeigneter Werbeträger und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen

* Budgetplanung und optimale Verteilung von Mediabudgets

* Abstimmung und Koordination mit Kunden, Medienpartnern und internen Teams

* Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten sowie Unterstützung im Mediaeinkauf

* Laufende Kampagnensteuerung und Terminüberwachung

* Monitoring, Reporting und Analyse von Kampagnenerfolgen

* Optimierung laufender Maßnahmen hinsichtlich Reichweite, Effizienz und Budget

* Erstellung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Mediaplänen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Medien, Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Berufserfahrung in Mediaplanung, Marketing oder Agenturumfeld von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung als TV Planer von Vorteil

* Verständnis für Medienmärkte, Zielgruppen und Kommunikationsstrategien

* Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität

* Strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Organisationsstärke und gutes Zeitmanagement

* Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gängigen Planungs- und Analysetools

* Interesse an Medien, Werbung und aktuellen Markttrends

* Englisch Sprachniveau B2-C1, andere Sprachen von Vorteil
