Heb je ervaring met .NET-ontwikkeling en vertaal je de wensen van gebruikers graag naar applicaties die echt werken? En wil je ontwikkelen en beheren combineren in één veelzijdige functie? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Wat ga je doen? Als Medior Application Administrator/ Developer maak je deel uit van het team Application Management. Je draagt zorg voor een optimale balans tussen gebruiksgemak, kosten en kwaliteit. Je werkt aan systemen die onze business iedere dag ondersteunen. Daarbij schakel je rechtstreeks met eindgebruikers, key users, stakeholders, ontwikkelaars en leveranciers. Je signaleert kansen voor verbetering en je draagt actief bij aan het optimaliseren van processen, systemen en werkwijzen. Je brengt wensen uit de organisatie in kaart, denkt kritisch mee over de beste oplossing en vertaalt deze naar heldere functionele en technische eisen. Ook ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt bij verstoringen en help je junior collega's verder in hun ontwikkeling. Van een eerste vraag tot een betrouwbare oplossing: jij houdt overzicht en zorgt dat techniek en praktijk goed op elkaar aansluiten. Concreet betekent dit dat jij: - Bespreekt wensen en wijzigingsverzoeken met eindgebruikers en stakeholders en vertaalt deze naar praktische oplossingen; - Stelt functionele en technische eisen op en ontwerpt, ontwikkelt, test en documenteert systemen en systeemaanpassingen; - Zorgt dat oplossingen goed passen binnen het bestaande en toekomstige applicatielandschap; - Voert functioneel en technisch beheer uit en werkt daarbij nauw samen met key users; - Analyseert verstoringen, lost deze op en coördineert de samenwerking tussen gebruikers, ontwikkelaars, infrastructuurteams en leveranciers; - Zoekt steeds naar de juiste balans tussen ontwikkelinspanning, gebruiksgemak, onderhoud, kwaliteit en kosten; -...
