Medior Maintenance Engineer Ben jij een maintenance engineer die verder wil kijken dan alleen storingen oplossen? Wil je organisaties helpen hun installaties betrouwbaarder, efficiënter en duurzamer te onderhouden? Bij Compris Consulting werk je aan complexe technische assets en help je organisaties hun onderhoudsstrategie en onderhoudsprocessen te verbeteren. Je krijgt de ruimte om inhoudelijke diepgang te combineren met verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid. Je werkt aan opdrachten waarbij onderhoudskennis, analyse en praktische verbeteringen centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als Maintenance Engineer werk je aan het verbeteren van onderhoudsprocessen en de betrouwbaarheid van technische installaties en infrastructuur. Je analyseert storingen, onderhoudsdata en assetprestaties en vertaalt deze inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen in onderhoudsstrategieën en werkprocessen. - Het analyseren van storingen, onderhoudsdata en assetprestaties om structurele verbeteringen te identificeren - Het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van onderhoudsstrategieën, onderhoudsplannen en inspectieprogramma's - Het toepassen van onderhoudsmethodieken zoals FMECA en Life Cycle Costing om risico's en kosten inzichtelijk te maken - Het optimaliseren van onderhoudsprocessen zoals werkvoorbereiding, storingsregistratie en onderhoudsplanning - Het verbeteren van onderhoudsbeheer in systemen zoals onderhoudsmanagementsoftware (CMMS) - Het bijdragen aan betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en levensduur van technische assets - Het ondersteunen van organisaties bij het implementeren van onderhoudsverbeteringen in de praktijk Je werkt nauw samen met technische specialisten, onderhoudsteams en asset managers om onderhoudsstrategieën daadwerkelijk te implementeren.
