Voor een medisch kabinet in Ganshoren zijn we op zoek naar een medisch administratief assistent voor een halftijdse functie. Je staat voornamelijk in voor het onthaal van bezoekers en de bijhorende administratieve opvolging. Je komt terecht in een functie met veel persoonlijk contact, waarbij klantvriendelijkheid en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan.

Omschrijving

Als medisch administratief assistent ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers van het kabinet.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Bezoekers op een vriendelijke en professionele manier onthalen.
  • Patiënten en bezoekers inschrijven en correct registreren.
  • Instaan voor de administratieve opvolging van dossiers en inschrijvingen.
  • Gegevens correct verwerken en aanvullen in de gebruikte computersystemen.
  • Bezoekers verder helpen met praktische en administratieve vragen aan het onthaal.

In deze functie is geen telefonische permanentie voorzien. De focus ligt volledig op het fysieke onthaal en de administratieve ondersteuning.

En tant qu'assistant(e) administratif(ve) médical(e), vous êtes le premier point de contact des visiteurs du cabinet.

Vos tâches comprennent notamment :

  • Accueillir les visiteurs de manière professionnelle et chaleureuse.
  • Inscrire et enregistrer correctement les patients et visiteurs.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers et des inscriptions.
  • Encoder et mettre à jour les données dans les systèmes informatiques utilisés.
  • Répondre aux questions pratiques et administratives des visiteurs à l'accueil.

Cette fonction ne comprend pas de permanence téléphonique. L'accent est entièrement mis sur l'accueil physique et le soutien administratif.

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans. Voor Nederlands beschik je over minstens niveau B2.
  • Je bent klantgericht en voelt je comfortabel in rechtstreeks contact met verschillende soorten bezoekers.
  • Je bent vriendelijk, professioneel en behulpzaam.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en administratief correct.
  • Je bent vlot met computers en leert gemakkelijk nieuwe digitale toepassingen aan.
  • Je bent beschikbaar om op korte termijn op te starten.
  • Vous parlez couramment le français et le néerlandais. Pour le néerlandais, un niveau B2 minimum est requis.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans l'accueil et le contact direct avec différents types de visiteurs.
  • Vous êtes aimable, professionnel(le) et orienté(e) service.
  • Vous travaillez de manière précise et rigoureuse.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et apprenez facilement à utiliser de nouvelles applications.
  • Vous êtes disponible pour commencer rapidement.
