In deze functie combineer je verantwoordelijkheid met een praktische aanpak. Je stuurt een ervaren team aan en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de planning en springt bij wanneer er ergens een knelpunt ontstaat. Daarbij krijg je de nodige opleiding en ondersteuning om je rol als leidinggevende verder uit te bouwen. Geen functie waarbij je alleen vanop afstand coördineert dus. Je staat midden in de productie en hebt rechtstreeks impact op de dagelijkse werking.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een team van getouwkuisers, bevoorraders, wevers en monteurs en je verdeelt de werkzaamheden en volgt de dagelijkse planning op
  • Je houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit, efficiëntie en veiligheid binnen de productie en je stuurt bij wanneer de planning dreigt uit te lopen of wanneer er problemen ontstaan
  • Je motiveert medewerkers en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team en je volgt de werkzaamheden op en houdt voeling met wat er op de werkvloer gebeurt
  • Je merkt knelpunten op en denkt mee over praktische verbeteringen en je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken en procedures correct worden opgevolgd
