Voor een klant gaat Let's Work op zoek naar een meewerkende ploegchef logistiek. In deze functie combineer je het aansturen van medewerkers met actief meewerken binnen de logistieke werking. Je hebt ervaring binnen de voedingssector, beschikt over een geldig heftruckattest en kunt goederen stapelen tot 10 meter. Daarnaast ben je bereid om in een koude, diepvriesomgeving te werken en polyvalent in te springen waar nodig.

Wat staat er op jou te wachten als meewerkende ploegchef logistiek?

  • Meewerken aan een vlotte dagelijkse logistieke werking.
  • Medewerkers aansturen en de werking op de werkvloer mee in goede banen leiden.
  • Actief meewerken binnen de logistieke werkzaamheden, waaronder heftruckwerk.
  • Goederen met de heftruck verplaatsen en correct stapelen tot een hoogte van 10 meter.
  • Polyvalent inspringen en bijspringen waar nodig binnen de logistieke werking.
  • Zorgen voor een goede samenwerking en duidelijke communicatie binnen de ploeg.
  • Eerdere ervaring binnen de voedingssector.
  • Geldig heftruckattest en praktische ervaring met de heftruck.
  • Goederen kunnen stapelen tot 10 meter hoogte.
  • Ervaring als leidinggevende binnen een logistieke omgeving.
  • Bereid om te werken in een koude/diepvriesomgeving.
  • Flexibel ingesteld en bereid om polyvalent te werken.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en het vermogen om medewerkers op een duidelijke manier aan te sturen.
  • Goede kennis van Frans aangevuld met een basiskennis van Nederlands is nodig voor interne communicatie.
