Ben je technisch sterk en hou je ervan om mensen aan te sturen in een goed georganiseerde werkomgeving? Werk je graag planmatig en overzichtelijk, zonder de praktijk uit het oog te verliezen?

Wat ga je doen?

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een team techniekers en externe technische medewerkers (contractors).
  • Plannen en coördineren van werkorders, afgestemd op de juiste competenties en beschikbaarheden.
  • Zelf technische ondersteuning bieden bij complexe storingen of onderhoud, waar nodig.
  • Opvolgen en beheren van werkvergunningen en onderhouden van contacten met interne en externe partijen.
  • Rapporteren aan de Manager Technische Dienst over voortgang en technische prestaties en optimalisaties.

Waar ga je werken? Onze klant is een grote voedingsproducent in Roeselare ze maken producten voor grote retailmerken (private label).

Het bedrijf telt ongeveer 200–500 werknemers en werkt in een industriële productieomgeving met ploegen, strikte kwaliteitsnormen en moderne installaties. De jobs zijn sterk gespecialiseerd (operatoren, techniekers, quality, logistiek), met meer structuur en doorgroeimogelijkheden dan in een kleine kmo. Ondanks de grootte wordt het bedrijf vaak omschreven als relatief familiaal met aandacht voor teamspirit en welzijn.

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een technische richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je bezit een goeie kennis van Nederlandse taal.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol.
  • Je hebt kennis van MS Office, ervaring met ApiPro is mooi meegenomen
  • Je bent betrokken, mensgericht en ambitieus, en zoekt een omgeving waar die eigenschappen tot hun recht komen
