Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Meewerkend Voorman Techniek die samen met ons zorgt dat alles optimaal blijft draaien. Beschrijving van de functie: Ben jij een techneut die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, maar ook overzicht weet te houden? Vind je het leuk om storingen op te lossen én mee te denken over technische verbeteringen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als Meewerkend Voorman Techniek ben je samen met je collega verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks onderhoud van onze technische installaties, machines, gebouwen en klimaatinstallaties. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen de technische dienst en zorgt ervoor dat storingen snel worden opgelost en onderhoud goed wordt gepland. Je combineert ongeveer 80% uitvoerend technisch werk met 20% coördinatie, planning en administratie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's van teelt, productie en logistiek en begeleid je waar nodig externe monteurs. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag los je een storing op aan een machine of klimaatinstallatie, de andere dag werk je aan preventief onderhoud of denk je mee over technische verbeteringen die onz...
