Ben je technisch aangelegd en weet je alle storingen binnen no time op te lossen? Dan ben jij de Meewerkend voorman Technische Dienst die wij zoeken! Welke uitdagingen liggen er voor je klaar? - Als Meewerkend voorman Technische Dienst zorg jij samen met je team voor het dagelijks onderhoud en het oplossen van technische storingen in ons hotel. Hierbij houd je overzicht over storingen en onderhoudswerkzaamheden en weet je snel en efficiënt met passende oplossingen te komen. - Je coacht, ondersteunt en begeleidt jouw collega's binnen de Technische Dienst. Je denkt met hen mee bij technische vraagstukken en ondersteunt waar nodig bij de uitvoering; - Je bent verantwoordelijkheid voor het contact en begeleiden van externe partijen bij specialistische reparaties en onderhoud; - Samen met de Facility Manager denk je mee over onderhoudsplannen, technische verbeteringen binnen het hotel en de verdere ontwikkeling van het Technische Dienst team; - Daarnaast beheer je de technische voorraad, materialen en gereedschappen en zorg je samen met het team voor een nette en georganiseerde werkplaats; - Verder schakel je snel met collega's van onze andere afdelingen om het verblijf voor onze gasten vlekkeloos te laten verlopen. 2 Functie-eisen Pas jij bij onze toekan familie? Je bent oplossingsgericht, kunt snel schakelen en bent natuurlijk een echte technicus! Je weet goed prioriteiten te stellen, houdt het hoofd koel wanneer er meerdere storingen tegelijk zijn en bent niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Verder vind je het leuk om collega's te helpen, te coachen en samen te zorgen voor een goed draaiende Technische Dienst.
