Functieomschrijving Als Voedselveiligheidsspecialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen en continu verbeteren van kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, veiligheid en milieu binnen de logistieke processen van Bidfood Meppel. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en combineert controles en overleg met het analyseren en verbeteren van processen. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat procedures en normen, waaronder FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 en ISO 14001, niet alleen op papier staan, maar ook daadwerkelijk worden toegepast. Je werkt nauw samen met het lokale management, de operatie, de centrale QESH-organisatie en externe partijen. De uitdaging ligt in het verder vergroten van het kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsbewustzijn en het vertalen van regelgeving naar praktische en werkbare oplossingen. Verantwoordelijkheden - Bewaken en continu verbeteren van kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, veiligheid en milieu binnen de logistieke processen; - Beheren en verbeteren van het kwaliteitssysteem en bijdragen aan de borging van FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 en ISO 14001; - Uitvoeren en opvolgen van controles, risicoanalyses, audits en verbeterm...
