Unser Team im Bereich Warenwirtschafts-Service freut sich auf Verstärkung 1 MITARBEITER_IN ANWENDERBETREUUNG Beschäftigungsausmaß: Vollzeit

Das erwartet dich

* Du sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für die Anwenderbetreuung unseres Warenwirtschafts-Services für die INTERSPORT-Partner vorwiegend in Österreich und unterstützt deine Kollegen in Tschechien, der Slowakei und Ungarn

* Du unterstützt sowohl bei Anwenderfragen und sorgst für die technische Betreuung unserer Systeme, sowie weiterer Applikationen in unseren Standorten. Der Fokus liegt hierbei vor allem auf dem Kassensystem und den damit zusammenhängenden Applikationen und Schnittstellen

* Ein weiterer Teilbereich deiner Aufgaben liegt in der Administration und Konfiguration der Systeme

* Dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einer zentralen Schlüsselposition, in der du als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen den internen Abteilungen der Zentrale, unseren externen IT-Dienstleistern und den INTERSPORT Partnern agierst

Das bringst du mit

* Eine abgeschlossene technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, HTL mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder ähnlichem)

* Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld - idealerweise in der Anwendungsbetreuung, im Servicedesk oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich

* Gutes IT-Know-how zu aktuellen Betriebssystemen, Netzwerkinfrastruktur und SQL-Datenbanken sowie Verständnis für vernetzte Systeme

* Asynchrone Schnittstellen (APIs) sind dir ein Begriff, idealerweise bist du damit vertraut

* Du kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge analysieren und bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Tools zur Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen

* Du überzeugst mit Kommunikationsstärke und sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift

* Du arbeitest strukturiert, bist organisiert und verfügst über eine analytische Denkweise

Bruttomonatsgehalt ab € 3.500 (bei 38,5 Stunden/Woche).

Das tatsächliche Gehalt ist abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
