Wir sind NOMOTEC Automation, ein international tätiges Maschinenbauunternehmen. Wir realisieren maßgeschneiderte Automationslösungen für Kunden aus der Automobil- und metallverarbeitenden Industrie. Von der Konstruktion über die Fertigung bis zur Inbetriebnahme begleiten wir Projekte ganzheitlich.

Unsere Mitarbeiter sind der Schlüssel zu unserem Erfolg - und genau deshalb suchen wir dich, mit Unterstützung des AMS Korneuburg, in Form einer Personalvorauswahl! 1 Mitarbeiter_in: Buchhaltung auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Wochenstunden), am Standort 2011 Sierndorf.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung bis zur Rohbilanz

* Mitarbeit bei aktuellen Projekten sowie Betreuung der Anlagenbuchhaltung

* Erstellung von Statistikmeldungen, Auswertungen sowie UVA und ZM

* Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Behörden und Steuerberatung

* Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben und allgemeiner Korrespondenz

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAS, HAK, HLW)

* Abgelegte Buchhalterprüfung mit mind. 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung idealerweise mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der Umsatzsteuer

* BMD NTCS oder Dynamics Business Central Kenntnisse und IT-Affinität

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C-Niveau

* Genaue und selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Teamorientiere und strukturierte Persönlichkeit
