Für eine Direktanstellung bei unseren renommierten Kunden aus dem Bereich Intralogistik und Automatisierung, suchen wir aktuell eine*n engagierte*n Mitarbeiter*in im Controlling - mit Fokus auf Datenbanken zum sofortigen oder baldigen Einstieg.

Als Verstärkung des Controlling-Teams wird eine analytisch versierte Persönlichkeit gesucht, die Zahlen, Daten und moderne IT-Tools verbindet. Die Position bietet ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet von Reporting und Forecasting über Budgetplanung bis hin zur Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen und schafft dabei vielfältige Schnittstellen zu den Fachbereichen.

Zeit für eine neue Herausforderung

* Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Controlling-Reports, Kennzahlen und Ad-hoc-Auswertungen

* Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen und Forecasts

* Mitwirkung bei Budget-, Jahres- und Mittelfristplanungen

* Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen und Schnittstellen

* Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten als Grundlage für fundierte Entscheidungen

* Enge Abstimmung und laufender Austausch mit internen Fachbereichen

Skills sind der Schlüssel

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation an der Schnittstelle von Wirtschaft, Technik oder IT

* Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Controlling-Position

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und idealerweise Access

* Fundiert im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und SQL-Datenbanken

* Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und hohe IT- und Datenaffinität

* Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Denkweise

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Kommunikationsstärke (DE mind. C1) und Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit

Vergütung

Für diese Position gilt ein Monatsbruttogehalt zwischen € 4.000 und 4.800. Geboten wird eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikationen und Erfahrung.
