Wir sind ein Maschinen- und Anlagenbaubetrieb, ansässig in Stockerau, mit führender Technologie zur Lagerung und Aufbereitung (Reinigung, Sortierung und Behandlung) von Saatgut, Getreide, Rohkaffee und körnigen Produkten. Wir bedienen unsere Kunden weltweit und sind Experten, wenn es um smarte und nachhaltige Lösungen in unserem Bereich geht.

Zur Unterstützung unserer Arbeitsvorbereitung suchen wir zum frühestmöglichen Eintritt einen: 1 Mitarbeiter in der Arbeitsvorbereitung (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Durchführung der Produktionsplanung innerhalb des Standortes Stockerau

* Analyse der Anforderungen aus dem MRP-System und ggf. Feststellung und Korrektur von Engpässen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Materialplanung, Vertrieb und Entwicklung

* Definition und Implementierung der richtigen Planungsparameter einschließlich der richtigen Planungsstrategie

* Sicherstellung definierter Bestandsniveaus für Vormaterialien sowie Identifikation von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten

* Mitwirkung in unserem SIOP-Prozess zur Sicherstellung der mittel- und langfristigen Ressourcenplanung

* Kommunikation der Kapazitäts- und Bedarfsprognose an die Produktion

* Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion und dem Vertrieb zur Identifizierung und Lösung potenzieller zukünftiger Lieferprobleme und zur Verbesserung der Lieferleistung (Shipped Complete on Time - SCOT)

* Überwachung von Phase-out und Phase-in von neuen Teilen während unseres Prozesses der Einführung neuer Produkte (NPI).

* Erstellung von Produktionsstücklisten sowie Arbeitsplänen und Definition von Standardproduktionszeiten

Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, FH etc.)

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung im Bereich der Arbeitsvorbereitung von Vorteil

* Ausgezeichnete MS Office Kenntnisse, Excel, Word und Office

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP-Tools

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift C1,

* gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift,

* Lösungs- und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Serviceorientierung

* Hohe Problemlösungskompetenzen

* Selbstständiges, wirtschaftliches und genaues Arbeiten

* Übernahme von Eigenverantwortung

* Überstundenbereitschaft

Die Entlohnung entspricht der jeweiligen Einstufung laut Kollektivvertrag der Angestellten der Metallverarbeitenden Industrie. Wir bieten ein Mindestbruttogehalt von € 3.396,--.

Geboten wird eine Überzahlung je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
