Wir suchen DICH als Verstärkung als 1 Mitarbeiter_in Disposition Dafür brauchen wir genau DICH

* Die Fakturierung der Transportaufträge ist Teil deiner täglichen Routine.

* Du bist zuständig für eine effiziente LKW-Tourenplanung und Disposition.

* Die Betreuung von Kunden sowie allgemeine administrative Aufgaben gehören zu deinen alltäglichen Aufgaben.

* Du fungierst als Kommunikations-Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und unseren LKW-Fahrern.

* Du bist bereit mehrere Bereiche innerhalb der Steinbach-Welt kennen zu lernen.

* Du verfügst über Organisations- und Verhandlungsgeschick und blickst über den Tellerrand hinaus

Das zeichnet DICH aus

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, Matura,...) oder Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik/Spedition und erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position von Vorteil.

* Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

* Weitere Fremdsprachen (wie polnisch, ungarisch, rumänisch, kroatisch, spanisch, französisch, italienisch etc.) von Vorteil

* Umfangreiche MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* Erfahrung mit gängigen Dispositions- und Transportmanagement Systemen

* Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken

* Eigener Kundenkreis wünschenswert

* Freundliches Auftreten und Hands-On Mentalität
