Gemeinsam mit unseren Tochterunternehmen in drei weiteren europäischen Ländern bieten wir Ersatzteile, Verbrauchsmaterialien, Werkzeuge, technischen Service sowie überholte wie auch neue Produktionsmaschinen für die Elektronikfertigung an.

Deine Aufgaben

Im Einkauf sorgst du dafür, dass die benötigten Produkte zur richtigen Zeit, in der richtigen Qualität und zu passenden Konditionen verfügbar sind.

Dabei bist du im täglichen Austausch mit Lieferanten und arbeitest eng mit unseren Kolleg_innen und Standorten in verschiedenen europäischen Ländern zusammen.

* Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten

* Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen

* Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Klärung von Verzögerungen

* Kontrolle von Eingangsrechnungen

* Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Reklamationen

* Pflege und Aktualisierung von Artikelstammdaten

* Betreuung und Bewertung bestehender Lieferanten

* Suche und Auswahl neuer Lieferanten

* Beschaffung bestehender sowie neuer Produkte

* Mitwirkung bei Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen

* Unterstützung beim Ausbau unseres internationalen Lieferantennetzwerks

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

* Berufserfahrung im Einkauf ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

* Freude an Organisation und daran, den Überblick über Bestellungen, Termine und Lieferungen zu behalten

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern

* Interesse an Produkten, Preisen und Beschaffungsprozessen

* Angemessene Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Lieferanten und Kolleg_innen

* Gute MS-Office- und allgemeine EDV-Kenntnisse

Gehalt

Die Mindestentlohnung beträgt € 1.960,54 brutto pro Monat. Je nach Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und technischem Know-how ist eine entsprechende Überzahlung selbstverständlich.
