Vollzeit 38,5h/Woche

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Auftragsprüfung und -abwicklung

* Erstellung von Angeboten

* Speditionsabwicklung inklusive Ausstellung der erforderlichen Papiere

* Einholung von Transportofferten

* Stammdaten- und Preislistenwartung

* Reklamationsbearbeitung

* Technische und kaufmännische Kundenbetreuung, Beratung und Verkauf (per Telefon und E-Mail)

* Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Produktentwicklung

* Mitarbeit an Projekten

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Erfahrung in der Versandabwicklung mit Speditionen

* Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude am Vertrieb

* IT-Affinität (ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse, CRM-Kenntnisse)

* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Verantwortungsbewusste und selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe

* Technisches Interesse

* Dem Aufgabengebiet entsprechende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

* ETIM-Kenntnisse wünschenswert

* Zollkenntnisse von Vorteil
